📝 Logo Design Agreement

Shantell Wealthy University, S.W.U Wealthpreneur Academy

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Designer: Coach Shantell’s Natural Hair operating under Shantell Wealthy University LLC, including its programs S.W.U Wealthpreneur Academy.

Scope of Work

Designer agrees to create a custom logo for the Student/Client, which may include:

Primary logo design (full-color)

Logo variations ( transparent, icon-only, text-only)

Social media bundle (resized logos for major platforms)

Ownership & Rights

Upon full delivery of the final logo files, all ownership and usage rights transfer to the Student/Client for personal and business use.

Designer retains the right to showcase the logo in portfolios, course materials, and marketing examples.

📝 Logo Design Agreement

Revisions

Agreement includes 2 free revisions.

Additional revisions may incur a fee of $30 per revision.

No Guarantee of Trademark/Copyright

The Designer does not guarantee that the final logo will qualify for trademark or copyright

approval.

The Student/Client is responsible for conducting a trademark search and/or filing with the

USPTO or other agencies.

Usage Disclaimer

Logos will be delivered in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and or SVG/EPS formats.

Student/Client is responsible for ensuring proper file usage across digital, print, and

merchandise platforms.

Limitations

Logos are created based on the information, preferences, and inspirations provided by the

Student/Client.

Final results may vary depending on design tools and creative interpretation.

📝 Logo Design Agreement

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.

If terminated after work has begun, no refund will be issued for services already

completed.

Acknowledgment

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. You agree that this information outline in this Agreement can change anytime.
